Warm up 20 min
Coaches choice + skill work of athletes choice

EVERY 5 min on 5 min for 30 min (6 ROUNDS)
2 rounds
1 lap or 250/200meter row or 15/12 cal airdyne
10 lunges or 6 pistols
10 KBS 53/35 or pull ups or ring rows/ or 2 muscle ups or 5 Chest to bar
10 Push ups or 10 ring dips or 5 hspu
10 Ghd sit ups or abmat sit ups

You choose your workout but please stick to your same exercises every
round. Scale reps for any exercise to do a more advanced movement if you
need too.
