Sled push down to walk way and back x3 with 1 45 for males or 1 25 for female
15 clean jerks 155/105
15 burpees over partner
Sled push down to walk way and back x2 with 2 -45 for males or 2- 25 for females
9 clean and jerks 185/120
9 burpees over partner
Sled push down to walk way and back x1 with 3- 45 for males or 3- 25 for females

*share work as desired and both partners may push sled at the same time
